Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel or adjust an order if an item is out of stock or if pricing or product information was published in error, and we will refund any amount already charged.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders; taxes are calculated at checkout.

Product Use and Safety

Rope strength ratings are nominal values for new, unused rope under laboratory conditions. Working loads are substantially lower than tensile strength. Rope sold here is not rated for overhead lifting or life-safety use unless expressly stated. You are responsible for selecting the right rope, applying an appropriate safety factor, and inspecting rope before each use.

Warranty

Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. This is the only warranty we provide; all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rope King's liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the purchase price of the product involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

Site content, images, and product data are the property of Rope King and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
