Shipping Information

Rope King Direct ships commercial bulk rope spools throughout the United States. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders — no minimums, no per-order shipping quotes, and no surprise freight charges at checkout.

Processing Time

Most orders ship next day from our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Large or multi-spool orders may require additional handling time.

Delivery Estimates

• Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after your order ships.
• Heavier spools may move by LTL freight and can take slightly longer to remote destinations.
• Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping on Every U.S. Order

We cover the shipping cost on every U.S. order. Heavier spools may still ship via LTL freight, but the freight is free to you. Freight deliveries are curbside and generally require someone available to receive the shipment. If you need a liftgate, residential delivery, or a delivery appointment, tell us before the order ships so we can arrange it.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Inspect your shipment on arrival. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us within 5 business days so we can file a claim and get you a replacement.
